  • Where all can we deliver?

    We can deliver to street addresses within Singapore island-wide for all items. We do not deliver to PO boxes, Government restricted zones, and to Jurong Islands.

    We currently only deliver within Singapore, but are working on expanding our footprint regionally with affordable shipping rates.

    However, if you would like to arrange an international shipping agent and have them pick up your order at our warehouse, we can accommodate this request. Please email our Concierge at concierge@bitsxbobs.com and we’d be happy to help!

  • What are your delivery timings and charges?

    All orders are processed within 24 hours after an order has been made. If an order was made on Friday after 4pm, or on the weekend, it will get processed on the following Monday, the next work day.

    We work with local logistics partners and endeavor to deliver all purchases within 5–7 business days from receipt of your order. This is subject to change during Singapore public holidays and during high retail periods, such as Christmas, Chinese New Year, etc.

    We are all about affordable luxury and we keep our operations lean so that you benefit from our easy pricing. So all orders above SGD $75 are eligible for FREE delivery.

    For orders less than SGD $75, a standard delivery charge of SGD $10 is applicable per order.

    Delivery is made within 5-7 business days from receipt of your order and is usually carried out between 9am – 9pm SGT island-wide, including Sentosa. Our logistics provider will do their very best to cater to your specific time slot, if you have indicated any in an email to concierge@bitsxbobs.com. Please note that this is on a best effort basis only and cannot be guaranteed. We will always send out an email prior to delivery, letting you know of when your order is scheduled to be delivered. You may let us know in advance, if the delivery timings are suitable or suggest alternative timings, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, any re-routing or re-scheduling at the time and point of delivery would entail an additional delivery charge of SGD $10.

    Kindly note that orders will not be delivered during public holidays. And at times of thunderstorm and rain, heavy traffic and other elements beyond our logistic partner’s control, we appreciate your most kind understanding and patience for any unexpected delays.

  • How can I track the delivery of my order?

    After we receive and process your order, we’ll email your order confirmation and order number. Please note these details, as you will need them to track your order.

    Usually within 1-2 days of processing your order, we will send you the scheduled delivery date and timings via email. If this timing does not suit you and / or if you would like to request for a specific slot, please contact us at our hotline (+65) 9650 5430 or email our Concierge at concierge@bitsxbobs.com with your order number and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

    You can also check the status of your order by calling us directly at our hotline (+65) 9650 5430 or email our Concierge at concierge@bitsxbobs.com and we’ll help track your order or the delivery man for you.

  • Do you have a White Glove Service?

    We can arrange for White Glove service if you require stair-carry, unpacking, light-assembly, and product placement.

    Typically, our customers use White Glove for installation of paintings, art-work, wall-lighting, assembly of light items, or single flight stair carry. We can arrange this at an additional cost, which can be confirmed by our Concierge, according to your delivery requirements and premises access. Just tick the White Glove Service check-box at the time of check-out, for us to contact you regarding your requirements.

    The good news is that our White Glove Service is on the house, should your order exceed SGD $1000, and you have indicated that you require White Glove Service at the time of check-out!

    White Glove Service appointments are available during the week from Monday - Friday between 9am – 5pm and on Saturday between 9am – 12 noon, provided your residential estate allows entry.
