    Our products are available as long as they are in stock. While some of our more popular items may temporarily fall out of stock, other items are like creatures of a brief season, destined to only be available as long as their quantities last, and never again. Make sure to get your rare and beautiful products while supplies last! To determine if an item is in stock, simply go to the item’s product page. If you can add the item to your shopping bag by clicking the “Add To My Bag” button, it’s available.

    But if an item you’re interested in has sold out, you can request to be notified if it becomes available again by writing to our Concierge us at concierge@bitsxbobs.com and we’ll make sure to send you an email as soon as the item becomes available again so you can grab one!

    Our products are available as long as they are in stock. Some of our items may be temporarily out of stock, whereas others might only be available as long as our stock lasts, and never again.

    We currently only operate online, and are able to cut all the unnecessary mark-ups most retailers as we do not have overheads related to a physical store.

    So you would not be able to view our products prior to making your purchase.

    However, we do exhibit our products at various fairs and shows in Singapore. That’s a great way for you to see our product range and also share your home and décor stories with us. If you’d like to be notified about our next exhibition, please mail us at concierge@bitsxbobs.com, and we’ll send you an invite to our next showing. We can’t wait to meet you!

    If you really like a product that isn’t available immediately on our website and you don’t mind waiting a few weeks for it, then you can pre-order.

    If you are no hurry and would want to lock down a product, then we provide you with an option of pre-ordering online. Pre-orders are only available for select items, and in return for your wonderful patience, we reward you with discounted prices on pre-ordered items.

    Sometimes delays could occur on pre-ordered products, so this is an option only when you are willing to wait. Typically, pre-orders get delivered within 5-6 weeks of lead-time, unless indicated otherwise. And of course we keep you updated along the way!
